Complaints

Please complain to us first — choose “Fundraising complaint” in the form, email support@scteactivities.org.uk or write to us at the address above. Complaints are handled under our published complaints policy: acknowledged promptly, investigated fairly, and escalated to the trustees if you are not satisfied with the first response.

If you remain unhappy with our final response to a fundraising complaint, you can escalate it to the Fundraising Regulator (fundraisingregulator.org.uk), within two months of our final response. Lottery disputes follow the complaints route in our lottery terms.
